Whole30 Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • raw halved brussel sprouts
  • avocado oil (better in a spray bottle for roasting)
  • lemon pepper
  • garlic powder
  • garlic salt
  1. Preheat oven to 450F
  2. Arrange sprouts on a baking sheet or pan.
  3. Spray with the avocado oil (I used chosen foods)
  4. Sprinkle seasonings
  5. Mix well and put in the oven for about 40 minutes (30 minutes if you like them a little softer)
