Whole30 Veggie Platter

The title sounds really dumb right hahah. Its super straightforward but I really loved the idea of using the peppers as dipping bowls so I wanted to share with you all.


  • mini cucumbers (Costco)
  • mini carrots (Aldi)
  • grape tomatoes (Costco or Aldi)
  • celery (Aldi)
  • Whole30 Guac (GoodFoods at Costco)
  • Tessemae’s Ranch (you can also make your own easily – I’m still working on that)

Steps include washing, cutting and placement!

To make the pepper cups, just cut top off and remove the inner seeds.
